It was easy to put together and serves the purpose I bought it for! Once I got it adjusted to the right size I'm very happy with it. I suffer from degenerative bone disease and sometimes getting up and down is difficult and painful. This helps a lot.

I ordered a shower bench. Rubber cap on the bottom was messed up on the bottom. Customer service made it right on the matter. Product was built well overall.
