I ordered their rollator for my elderly mother who suffers from mobility issues complicated by extreme back pain hoping this would be a supportive rollator for her. The only way to see if it would work for her is to take it out of the box and let her sit on it in her home. Aside from sitting on it inside the home it has not been used. Pelegon states they have a return policy but make sure you read the fine print and don't make the mistake I did. Per their customer support: Kindly note: The item must remain strictly unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed factory packaging. Please note that once the product box has been opened, we are unable to accept or process a return. Riddle me this - how do you know if you like an item if you can't open it up and look at it because if you do it negates their return policy. Just be honest that you don't take returns. Buyer Beware!

My husband was very pleased with how easy it was to assemble. He has had two strokes and tries very hard to be independent. He put it together himself and was very happy with the final results. He is a big guy, 6 ft 5 in and 240 lbs and the adjustment to the handles worked out perfectly. Very happy with our purchase.

It made my surgery injury less painful, by putting me in the right position and making it less taxing on my arms, wrists, shoulders and knees.

The cup/phone holder sticks out so far, I can’t use it. I can’t maneuver around some of the tight areas in my kitchen. I drink water all day, so I really wanted it to work. The car cane is perfect. Thank you.
