We love the looks of it and the fact that it is lightweight. It really is a well made bench. However the design of the knob that releases it to move across the tub is located behind the seat. How crazy is that? Our old one is in the front and my husband could easily release it himself. Now he has to call me to do it for him. Not happy about that. Plus the release that makes it swivel is in a good position but instead of swiveling at an angle it swivels to right side. My husband must use a power chair to pull up next to the tub so the angle of the swivel makes a difference as far as his safety is concerned.

I paid $14.99 for “Expedited” (2) day delivery . 🚚 I was told the $$ would be credited back to my account , l hope so , we’ll see ! Hence my lowest grade possible ! Rollator was very easy to assemble. It’s light and easy to load into the car. Seat is comfortable, just wish it was a few inches wider.

The product delivers exactly what it says it will: a secure handle for entering and exiting a vehicle. This is very important for older drivers, it for anyone who drives a high-clearance pickup. I also like that it can support my weight so I can get up to the top of my truck easily.
