Fine, except for the recommended insurance.
The Peerspace recommended insurance was far more than necessary, and too expensive. Otherwise, I'm glad to have found the venue I found on Peerspace.

Peerspace is a good site for finding spaces, but be prepared for certain hosts to decline you for suspicious reasons
The site Peerspace is a good site for finding available spaces. What is beyond Peerspace’s control is hosts who display racist behavior towards those looking to reserve a space. ⚪️ hosts who show wide open availability on Peerspace for their space and then it mysteriously becomes unavailable after you submit your request showing your melanin beautiful photo as the requester. It never ends.

Peerspace made it very easy to connect…
Peerspace made it very easy to connect with a local vendor, who I would other wise not be aware of. You have to remember people are spending thousands of dollars for an event, as with all events there will be multiple questions that need to be answered by the host/peerspace. The chat system is too limited, you have to have a live person available for chat. Blocking the chat until for emergencies or 24hrs before the event is cutting it too close.. I also found I didn’t get hold of an agent until hours later, by that time, I’ve moved on.

Reserve Your Time Accordingly
It was great space for shooting the studio shots with the models we had for the day. The only downside was the time it took for the freight elevator that ate into the time we were able to shoot. It was a tedious process which multiple people were a part of to complete and delayed the shoot. But overall, the studio was the perfect size and everything noted within the site was exactly how it was when I entered the studio space.

You can put a down payment and pay…
You can put a down payment and pay later which is great but the payment could be a little cheaper for a 8 or 9 our

Great studio bad communication
Great studio, would def rent it again but the host was not very good at getting back to me. Would def rent again tho because the studio was so good!

Very easy booking process
Very easy booking process, streamlined. Only thing I don’t like is that after booking there is still no other option to contact host except via inbox. They should provide hosts phone number (mandate host to provide one) otherwise you lose too much time trying to communicate with host in case of emergency during the rental time.
