Unfortunately it was impossible to upload the 3 great locations I had just uploaded to Lavish Locations with no bother.
It kept saying I had already registered, then I could only register via Facebook.
They have great PR behind them but they need to make the site user friendly inline with similar sites.
The company is very US centric and so perhaps they are not geared up for bookings in London yet.
I will now stick with longer established location agencies which are more experienced and user-friendly.

I am an artist / entrepreneur based in…
I am an artist / entrepreneur based in Tucson. I booked a total of 3 times with Peerspace and had only 1 successful booking. The first time I booked the host canceled at the last minute forcing me to find another location. I attempted to book a location last week and my request expired because the host never responded. There is now a hold on my bank card and I cannot get a refund for 7-10 days. My money was withdrawn immediately but I must wait several days for money to be refunded. I love the idea of the site but not the reality. Please get serious hosts on this site as some of us take our creative work seriously.

Hi Dom,
Thank you for providing us with information about your Peerspace experience.
We pride ourselves on connecting people with creative spaces that make for great experiences and we are truly sorry to hear that you’ve experienced otherwise. Most of our hosts respond within 24 hours and in instances where we are informed of unresponsiveness or host-initiated cancellations, our Host Management team investigates and takes the appropriate action.
When you submit a booking request an authorization hold for the full amount is placed on your credit or debit card for 2 business days in order to ensure the funds are available. Booking requests expire after 2 business days if the host has not responded, at which point the hold is automatically released. It may take a few days depending on your bank for the authorization release to reflect in your statement
We would love to have the opportunity to work with you again and see if we can improve your experience. We'll reach out to the email connected to your Peerspace account with more information.

Did a search found peerspace, picked the venue, paid, then got an email that oh my bad it was listed incorrectly that price is for weekdays only and no attendees. As a business offering a product, it is your priority and responsibility to make sure your site is accurate at all times.

Hi Stacy,
Thank you for providing us with information about your Peerspace experience. We're disappointed to hear that the Host's weekend pricing was not accurately listed when you submitted your booking request.
Our team followed up with this host and we have confirmed that they have since corrected the pricing on their listings.
We would love to have the opportunity to work with you again and see if we can improve your experience. We've reached out to the email connected to your Peerspace account with more information.

Do not trust this website
Do not trust this website. They will allow hosts to cancel confirmed bookings without an excuse covered by their cancelation policy and leave you stranded with no alternative while refusing to cover costs outlined in their own cancelation policy. All while collecting fines from hosts. Customer service is a joke to them.
Response from PeerspaceNov 3, 2021
Hi Agnes,
We are very sorry to hear about your experience. While rare, hosts do sometimes initiate booking cancellations.
Host-initiated cancellations can result in penalties, which can include fines, suspension of their listings, responsibility for tangible costs, and termination of their account. Peerspace may allow a Host to cancel a confirmed Booking due to extenuating circumstances as outlined in Peerspace’s Cancellation Policy.
We attempted to search for you in our database and we were unable to find an account under your name. We also attempted reaching out here for more information but did not receive a response.
We’d be happy to look into this further if you could provide us with your account information.
Please contact us at [email protected].

Peerspace have no values, DO NOT USE PEERSPACE
2 weeks agoNEW
If I could’ve left Peerspace negative stars I would. I’ll start off by saying when Peerspace came to Atlanta Ga, They contacted my venue. THEY CONTACTED ME!!! A rep, who is no longer with the company, lucky him, contacted me. I own two venues and had them listed on Peerspace for no less than three years.
As much as I didn’t favor their high commissions and delayed payouts, I still respect their platform as I thought it was an upstanding one.
Like Peerspace, I also work with Airbnb and other sites that promise to protect against any fraud and suspicious activity. I too have a background in insurance, so I understand the importance of staying on the platforms and not being steered off.
WELL, after doing multiple seamless hosting transactions via Peerspace, I got burnt bad.
Peerspace, the owners, their registered agents, and all parties involved, (CAN NOT NAME, OR THIS REVIEW WILL BE REMOVED, PER PEERSPACE'S FLAGGING) have disregarded my letters and emails. I gave them 30 days to respond and make this right, but I received dead silence.
My Penthouse venue was booked by a last-minute booker, (CAN NOT NAME, OR THIS REVIEW WILL BE REMOVED PER PEERSPACE'S FLAGGING). By the time the booking ended, Peerspace detected fraud and canceled the booking. There is absolutely no way to reach them by phone, so the emails began. Peerspace, not once did they show any form of compassion. They took a very defensive stance. Then had the nerve to require me to send a lease agreement and a copy of my ID, as I had defrauded them. Remind you, Peerspace FOUND ME!!! I didn't find them.
I went ahead and gave them what they asked for as I just needed to be compensated for the booking, which was $8000+. Additionally, I paid staff who agreed to accommodate this last-minute booking.
Peerspace, did a very offensive payout of $2700.00, stating that they notified me of the cancellation a couple of hours in. ( not true)
I learned of the cancellation the next day after the event is done. Of course, at this point, the poor character booker, (CAN NOT NAME, OR THIS REVIEW WILL BE REMOVED, PER PEERSPACE'S FLAGGING) has no intention of making this right, and neither does Peerspace.
Many of us are not rich but have the property to leverage to generate some passive revenue. This hurts bad, and I didn’t see the high level of disregard from Peerspace coming. Peerspace still owes me $5300.00. But based on these other reviews, I probably will never see it. Lastly, they had the audacity to close my account. Not that I would’ve trusted working with them ever again, but yes, they shut down my profile. Luckily I screenshotted the correspondence.
I DO NOT recommend Peerspace!!!

Rubbish - flawed website & no problem solving initiative
Rubbish - couldn't proceed with booking, very little technical ownership of site.
Was drawn to the site through Airbnb styled approach - liaising direct with owners.
Upon settling on venue and moving forward with a booking - the transaction was rejected based on UK postcode in ZIP postcode. As this is a US site I consulted the helpdesk team. They advised it was an error with the bank and I needed to call them to confirm the postcode. Advising I'd checked the usual spaces to see if any differences with/ without spaces and it's definitely the address having used the card for the past 2 years - they said there was nothing they could do, it was an error on the banks side.
Absolutely ridiculous service - they lost a booking and further custom through a lack of initiative for alternative payment solutions, and IMO, their own clunky website.
Had to start the venue search again - nice work!
