Nos tomamos este tipo de reclamaciones muy en serio y siempre nos esforzamos por brindar un servicio y soporte transparentes a cada cliente. Según nuestros registros, tu suscripción inicial era de 203 €. Posteriormente, decidiste añadir una cuenta adicional, y te informamos claramente con antelación de que cada cuenta añadida requiere una suscripción independiente (270,99 € por cuenta). Todas las políticas de precios y cuentas se detallan durante el proceso de configuración para evitar confusiones. Entendemos que no quedaste satisfecho con los cargos y solicitaste un reembolso. Aunque las razones que proporcionaste no cumplen con los criterios descritos en nuestra política de reembolsos, nuestro equipo de soporte te ofreció un gesto de buena voluntad: fusionar tus suscripciones y extender tu servicio por dos meses adicionales sin coste.
