Fake item, lied about tracking and shipping origin. After waiting three weeks for shipping, I emailed them to request to cancel the order. They said it had already been shipped, but once the item arrived, the tracking information clearly indicated it shipped two days after my request to cancel. They promised to send a tracking number as soon as it shipped but never did. I ended up emailing to ask for it and they gave me somebody else’s tracking number. I specifically asked the seller if they shipped from China or the United States and they said they shipped from the United States. The packaging, once I finally got it, clearly states that it comes from Shanghai, China. Seller had nothing to say about themselves when I pointed this out. This item is poor quality and if it is a real pearl, has been treated with gold glitter to (I guess) make it look like a golden South sea pearl. Keep away from this website. These people are just trying to scam you. I’m still on the process of trying to return it (unworn and unused) and have opened a fraud case with PayPal. Despite them claiming that they ship from the US, they are threatening to charge me a high price to return the item if I don’t keep it for a discount.

I have received prompt attention to any questions that I have asked. The staff have been wonderful to work with and provided options to meet my needs and deliver a timely product and solution. I highly recommend the team!

I placed an order but had some email issues. I contacted the company on a weekend and I received a prompt response, even though they were closed for a holiday. When I changed my mind about the item I ordered, they promptly cancelled my order and immediately processed a refund. Taking into consideration my order cancellation, they provided outstanding and prompt customer support. I will definitely be using them in the future.
