Marlin has always come through for us in a highly efficient manner

We started out buying software and gave 5000 deposit. after software couldn't be provided by dumac and three payments and no equipment transferred to our business they backed out not to do it. returned the money to your bank since may 22nd still trying to get our money back from you. Tim Shane is the most transparent and genuine finance officer I have ever dealt with. The experience has been very refreshing and motivating to our business. Very responsive and proactive with any concerns or inquiries. From the very inception of correspondence I felt Marlin could be trusted because of Tim.

Staff was very professional and the process and procedure went fast.

By far the worst financing company I’ve ever dealt with.. hands down. The customer Service is awful, just setting up my account and getting the equipment financed was terrible and then they took about 3 weeks to get everything squared away with the equipment manufacturers. I went with the 12 month financing to save some money on “interest.” Payments were set to be $9xx.xx and upon the first payment after the downpayment. And then out of the blue, I get a call saying they messed up and my payment was going to be a little bit more. So I’m not happy at this point already.. First payment comes around and I got charged $1,2xx.xx, almost $300 more for a hidden fee. 2nd month comes around, was not notified a payment was being processed, partly my own fault because the funds were not available, they called me about the situation and got it handled, then she tells me, since there is a late charge, we will now be charging you $1,1xx.xx for the payment. One thing after another...the company is a scam. Will be paying them off and making sure to get my review out there and warn any other companies who will be looking for equipment financing. Company is a joke.

Irene Duffy is so helpful and responsive. She gets our leases taken care of quickly and is very communicative and friendly. Love her!

Lisa haught helped me through the process and the always called us back as soon as possible when we needed help. Thank you Lisa. I have been doing business with Marlin for quite a few years and they have always come through.
