worst to call them, nobody pic up the phone I'm spend 3 hrs to make a payment web portal not working, and if you pay by phone they charge 9.00, if I finance again this company is the last to do business.

I have done business with Marlin on several occasions. I have found every person I've encountered to be upfront, courteous and genuinely caring about my business. We are very small (no employees just family owned and operated) and we have never felt like we didn't matter. From my sales rep Jennifer Grisolia to the the different account managers I've worked with the past 2 years (Angela D and Annette Hawkins) I get top notch service. These ladies have repeatedly gone above and beyond for my company. I think if more folks took the time to share the good that is Marlin, their rating would be much higher. However we are a society who are rarely as fast to recognize the good as we are the disappointments. If you are considering Marlin for your business financing needs, I give them 2 enthusiastic thumbs up! I can't speak as to why my experience was so different then some of the reviews, I can only tell you I will use them again should the need arise without hesitation based on the level of service I have received and continue to receive.

Very happy with the entire process. Vincent Capriotti was excellent. He made the extra effort to provide communication between Marlin, myself and Ron’s Toy Shop Manchester NH where a new contractor trailer is comming from. It would be nice if Marlin offered some alternate financing/leasing options that were lower percentage and or offer early buy out with some savings incentive. Thanks Marlin for helping me acquire much needed equipment for my livelihood.
