Don’t trust this bank at all!!!

bad bank to work with..customer service is suck...keep calling and put me on hold for more than 30min every time...and also keep sending email...but never replied back or call

Changing my initial review. My fear of COVID got the best of me and i should have given Marlin Capital Solutions the Chance that they gave me. A lack of communication, was pretty much standard for the entire country, and with the financial industry, they have more at risk. They called from this and not only offered to take care of my concerns, but let me know that They DID give me leeway, and I wasn't paying enough attention to see what they did. Thieves, dishonest, snakes, manipulative...etc. You want the bait and switch? Heres exactly where you go. Did a loan through them and was verbally told the payback amount was $13,000.00 and now its strangely $16,000.00. I paid double payments for 2 years and they refuse to put in writing where that extra payment money went with zero plan on crediting my account the extra amount I paid. Now I must solicit the hiring of my attorney at more expense. After haggling and basically begging for written resolve nothing has been accomplished in two years. Then all I receive are rude smart aleck replies from them via email. STEER ENTIRELY CLEAR OF THESE SNAKES!
