Received my letter super fast!! Highly recommend!

Excellent!!! Everything worked out fine for me and my new sport.

Decision was made fairly promptly. I did contact them about having my new address on the letters rather than the one I'm currently at and while they said it would be updated, it wasn't. Just makes it more of a pain to go through since my previous address doesn't require anything for pets anyway.

Much Gratitude I had great concern after reading the critical reviews and started to panic when I had not heard back from PDSC in 24 hours! However, I un-patiently waited while leaving 2 voicemails and an email. I did not get any response from them for about 36 hours after placing my order. Then THEY DELIVERED (yay!) to me exactly what I paid for and I am so grateful. They are for real, they only write letters for people who really do have conditions from the DSM-5 that qualify for the accommodation. The doctor is a real credentialed doctor. The letters are quite professionally written, my guess is with help from a legal consultant. I am completely satisfied and grateful for their help. Give them 48 hours to contact you before you panic! PDS Center was so helpful and very quick with responding and getting my letter out to me. I had my letter within 24 hours and when I needed one of the letters amended, I had that within 24 hours as well. Very kind, quick, and helpful customer service when I called or emailed with questions. Absolutely would recommend if you have legitimate need for an ESA housing or airline letter.
