PDS CenterReviews of pdscenter.com

I used this service in order to avoid pet housing fees associated with my apartment complex. I submitted my order and the next day received my official documents. Everything looks great and each document is signed by the provider! Would highly recommend it.

Very helpful, fast response. Highly recommended. I am sooo happy now. Thanks

BUYER BEWARE!!! After researching I thought PDS Center would be able to help me with getting my cat recertified as an ESA for my new apartment, the paperwork/email arrived fine, but my landlord needed the Dr to fill out additional paperwork before they would allow my cat. Per their videos and website PDS Center said that they complete doctors forms. I have contacted this company so many times over multiple weeks and every time a rep "takes a message for the Dr to call back" and they never EVER call you back. If you just need a piece of paper to say you have an ESA then their service is fine, if you need ANYTHING else from PDS Center they WILL NOT HELP!!! I'm so frustrated and upset that I had to waste almost $100 on a useless piece of paper and they won't refund anything unless they get a denial letter sent to them from my landlord, but since they never call back and never seem to receive the fax or emails the landlord sends them I assume they would say they didn't get the denial letter anyways. FALSE ADVERTISING/SCAM!!! Not even to mention there is a possibility that I might have to find a way temporarily rehome my 7 year old cat now due to PDS Center wasting my time, until I can find a legit company that will fill out the forms. As someone with poor mental health who needs and loves their support animal this is extremely upsetting. Find another legitimate company to give your money to NOT PDS Center! Edit: Apparently they called me, once. I found out by the response left to my review here. There was no voicemail or anything to indicate they had called me back. I was sent an email with a copy of the forms filled out and said they finally faxed them to my Landlord on the 11th after leaving the review. I was in contact with my landlord every day asking if they received any fax yet from PDS Center, by Tuesday (Dec 12) they still had not. After writing my review Dec 11 I gave up hope with PDS Center coming through and scheduled a virtual appointment with a Dr in my state for that same Tuesday, that Dr filled out the paperwork AND faxed it back to my landlord in less than 2 business days. I wish I would have just gone with that route from the beginning. My landlord informed me they still didn't get any fax from PDS Center come Thursday (Dec17), I then forwarded the email they sent me with the copy of the fax but at that point a different Dr had already helped me out in a fraction of the time. My order was first placed online with PDS Center November 15th and my Landlord faxed the paperwork the next day, PDS Center said they faxed the completed forms December 11th. The service is fine if you have the time to wait 20+ business days for PDS Center to fill out forms. Wish I could get a refund, but with no denial letter to send to them they get to keep my money.

Overall, this was a very easy process. I answered a few questions and paid the fee and a few days (not 24 hours) later received the digital copy of my ESA letter. I was a little concerned that I was charged before receiving the letter but I received everything that I paid for with no issues. They even included letters for specific airlines! Since we are in the middle of COVID, I have not had a chance to use the ESA letter, yet but I feel confident that it will work.

There are many sites to choose. This was an easy process. I have no complaints.

Great Service, I recommend it!!
