Changing my review, they fixed the problem within the hour. They sent me a card with the wrong persons name on it . I am signing a lease on Monday. I hope it’s fixed by then.

QUICK AND EASY SERVICE!!!

Thank you it was a speedy response and less stressful then I thought it would be and now I have one less thing to stress over.

I have reached out to these people for a week now about the forms they gave us (I bought this for my mom) to submit to the AIRLINE since the airline declined them because they are incorrect. I have not heard back from them, not even an email! I have called the support team and all they say is "I will send a note to them" and nothing happens. I have already asked for a refund since they say I only have 30 days to ask for a refund on any documents that were not approved (housing or airline) and they have not refunded anything or reached out to me about my case. They are stalling until the 30 days are over to not honor their refund policy! I also purchased the ID card and they never sent it in the mail. I want a FULL REFUND! Do not trust these people! Reply to response 1/21/21: You all sent the wrong forms! Which I replied to and NEVER heard back with the correct ones. The service provided is not what you say it is.

I was skeptical of this site but i was in a sticky living situation where my dog exceeded the size limit to live in my apartment. My dog is already trained to perform as a service dog so this easy and quick application was perfect for me. The document was sent as a pdf to my email wishing 24 hours as promised. My expectations have been exceeded

My apartment reached out to the doctor that is on the papers... HE SAID HE WAS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! They are just using his name and hoping that you don’t look into it too much!!! I tried to reach out and never received anything back from them. Very disappointed!!!
