(I had to make a new review) the process was simple and easy, the price was affordable, when I was done submitting the payment, I got an email saying everything was done just needed to make the payment(I was really frustrated because I already paid, so I screenshot my receipt and sent them an email, not too long after they apologized and said everything is in process) I received the letters really really quick, and then a week passed and I was frustrated again because the Card did not arrived(they sent me an email saying it was shipped and was supposed to arrive in 3 days) but exactly a week it arrived, how legit it is, it seems good but let’s see when I go to rent a property I’ll update the review. Thank you for the excellent work!

Got a copy of my ESA letters in less than 24 hours by mail. Then cog tbe actual certified copies in 5 days. Now my precious cat can be anywhere with me and I feel more relaxed. Thank you so much!

Spanish: Excelente servicio. Eso tomó más de 24 horas pero la carta llegó muy formal por parte de la doctora despues de 5 dias por email y luego fue enviada por USPS. La doctora entendió perfectamente mi problema y mi landlord acepto la ESA de manera formal. Aprecio el servicio brindado. English: Excelent service, it took more than 24 hrs but it came formally after 5 dias by email. Then it was sent by USPS service to my address. The doctor understood perfectly my problem and my landlord accepted the ESA letter due it explained very well my issue in a formal and polite way. I appreciate the service given.

STAY AWAY - this company is expensive - I am paying over £250 excess and a month has passed and they still cant tell me when I will receive my money - despite calling / emailing. They are totally disorganised - blaming it on my vets for not sending the claim in when they sent it the very next day for me and again 2 weeks later as PDSA claim they never received it. Fed up with chasing - will be changing as soon as I receive my money!
