The service is great. I have lived in the same apartment for 16 years. For thirteen of those years I have owned a parrot who talks up a storm. I have new neighbors all around and one has already complained about hearing the parrot. I also see a psychiatrist weekly for PTSD related to my military service. The V.A. recommended I try a service of this type as they do not provide emotional support animal letters. They only provide service animal letters. The process was a simple online questionnaire. It is also a lifetime letter that does not need to be renewed. I received email copies within 24 hours and the hard copies are in the mail. I strongly recommend this service. I have a cousin in Atlanta who just used this service for her pit bull. I know for a fact her letter was approved by the housing authority. That's why I'm here and that is why I no longer have to worry about losing my parrot. they live for 50 years.

The process was easy and everything I needed for my Golden Retriever has been provided.

PDS has failed me. Conned me, took my money and lied to me. I paid for an ESA for my two dogs. The letter they sent 11/29/21 stated “animal”. The property management of my apartments requested additional information to explain the need for two dogs. PDS’s e-mail says to email if additional information is necessary…. It’s necessary. But with no response from my email I called the number provided, spoke to Jamie 12/1/2021 - explained my request, still no response from PDS. I then forward PDS the email I received from the pet screening department of my apartments. NO RESPONSE. I called PDS’ 1-800 number again 12/3/2021 spoke to Kimberly- she seemed to understand my problem and the urgent nature of needing the letter updated. AGAIN NO RESPONSE. 12/6/21 I called the 1-800 number again, spoke with Kimberly again, left another messages to call or contact me. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM PDS!!! I feel robbed and taken advantage of. My apartments will not renew without an ESA letter stating the need for both dogs.

Had a few issues concerning incorrect information on my ESA LETTER. It was handled soon as possible and professionally by the staff. They made sure to be patient and get the correct information. My experience was very pleasant Well done!! pds centers staff!! 🙋🏾‍♀️🙂🤩 From Houston Texas !!

My experience with PDS Center was great. The application process was simple and only took 20-30 minutes to complete. If I ever need this type of service again, I wouldn't hesitate to use PDS Center. If someone asks me about this type of service, I would definitely recommend.
