The clinician is licensed in North Carolina and has an office in Pennsylvania, apparently. I live in Wyoming. Given that the clinician does not appear to be licensed in my state, these documents are useless. And it gets worse. My ESA is an exotic breed that is legal in my state, but not in every state. Out of curiosity, I checked North Carolina. One has to have a permit to own my ESA in North Carolina. Did anyone check to see whether I had a permit? Nope. So, the prescriber isn't licensed to prescribe in my state, and they signed off on an animal without checking to make sure it was legally owned. Here's hoping they're at least honest about the refund policy.

The paper work arrives fast. But the customer service is terrible 😔. I've tried to contact them for over a week. They absolutely have no care to even acknowledge my request. The operator only takes messages.I don't recommend this site.
