Although quick and easy to use- my letter was not accepted. Rental property has a compliance office that investigates these letters and online services such as this are well known. In the end a waste of money and had to find different housing options.

In your case it was a University property, and they don't need to follow the fair housing act. We state this in our FAQ's, as they are exempt from federal law, and it's a much more difficult situation.
