If you are reading this than you are probably just as nervous as I was about if this site is really going to help you...I have ordered my ID and letter today...once I receive them and use them I will update with a detailed review as to how everything went 😃 Okay so it’s update time! If you are reading the reviews you are probably like me...I needed a letter within a week because I found out too late my doctor office doesn’t write ESA letters...great...I tried to call around but the cheapest consultation I could find was $350...no thanks...I gave in to looking online and spent three days looking at websites...my boyfriend looked at websites...my boss even looked at websites and this was the site that we kept coming back too...when spending a good sum of money I am very cautious and I was VERY nervous about this site and because I didn’t feel like any of the reviews on here truly held merit or at least none of them could put my anxiety to ease...I wanted to personally write this review! I finally gave in because I was desperate and had no time left on the clock...the second I hit the confirm button on my payment my anxiety HIT THE ROOF! My little Harley has been a great deal of comfort to me during my anxiety attacks and the trauma I suffered years ago that I still struggle with to this very day never seems to stand a chance with my little fur baby by my side...my dad calls her his angel’s “angel” because she truly saved my life...I needed a letter and I hate confrontation so I wanted a letter that would work and not bring me into question...after I sent the payment I immediately sent the company an email! Not only did the company get back to me that very day but they answered every single one of my questions and put my mind at ease...I waited about a day and got the digital letter...once I opened the email I saw that it did in fact list my state as one of their office locations for the doctor that signed it (I read a lot about Florida which made me nervous because I live in Texas) and that helped me feel a little better...however there was a link plastered in the middle of the letter and I told my boyfriend “as long as the letter doesn’t have the link I think it will be okay...” I got the letter two days later...and it had the link in it...I was so upset I wanted to give up but behind the letter is another piece of paper that the doctor actually fills out...and it has their license information AND it has the law defined and the guidelines for what a letter requires...I wasn’t so upset anymore because even though there was a link this seemed pretty detailed I emailed my office manager that I would be bringing the letter by and she said to bring it in anytime because I had them already excited to meet my little one...the day I dropped it off I was filled to the brim with anxiety! I folded it up nicely and handed it to the manager who looked over it for a minute and told me to move her in...I couldn’t believe it!! I was so excited! The letter worked and even though I bought the ID card...I didn’t need it! They accepted the letter and I haven’t had a problem since!! I want to thank PDS for their help and for their reassurance during this whole process!

The PDS Center was so upfront, straight forward and professional. They provided exactly what I needed for me to be able to have my dog Charlie with me during travel and at home. Fast, friendly, and accurate! I can't express enough how wonderful they are.

Great service

I got the documents but my apartment did trust them because it was signed by a doctor outside of the state I was renting...so I needed a additional letter from a family therapist.
