They were very fast providing the ESA letter, but I have tried reaching them now for 2 weeks about the short expiration date with no answer. It said on the website that there were no expiration date, when in fact the ESA letter expires in 6 months. I feel that is misleading information, and there is NO ONE to speak to about it.

This is an excellent place that helps people who can't afford the full deposit in an apartment. It's much more cost efficient. I've already recommended PDS Center to someone who I'm sure will pass the word on as well. I got my letters just as soon as they said I would receive them. I love an honest company. You can't get better than that.

I have been calling for several days about the additional papers i need signed for my new apartment and they have failed to reach out to me about the problem. Every time i call they tell me someone will contact me shortly via email and no one does. This issue has been going on for four days now.

With all the changes in airline travel I found my prior doctor was unable or unwilling to provide the newest required documentation for my ESA, so I looked elsewhere and found you all. Thank goodness! Super helpful and provided me with the airline specific travel forms. Thank you! And it was a quicker process than my other doctor- so that was much appreciated too.
