Very impressed with the level of service and the documents I received.

I found this great site through a quick google search. After a brief questionaire, and their pre-payment requirement, within 24 hours, I received the necessary paperwork to allow my ESA into the apartment I was planning on renting. The payment was not actually removed from my account until the order was processed. After seeing the lease contract for the apartment, I noticed the apartment complex was going to charge me $25 monthly for my other ESA, of which was not stated in the initial letter. There was going to be a seperate $300 "pet move-in" fee that I would be responsible for paying before I received the keys. After a quick message sent through PDSCenter.com's contact page, I received the revised ESA letter, allowing for multiple ESA's. This second letter got to my email in less than 12 hours from the time I posted the message. It was revised and sent at no extra charge to me. Plus I get the originals in the mail. The apartment complex made the necessary adjustments without any difficulty or stress to me, living three states away. With the legitimate, fast and modestly priced service that PDSCenter.com offered, I will be looking forward to renewing my yearly airline ESA letter paperwork with them (at half the price!) for years to come.
