I paid for this and never received anything in the mail

I WAS APPROVED FOR A LETTER AND A CARD ON JULY 7TH PAID 127.00 DOLLERS AND ALL I GOT WAS A E MAIL LETTER.I WAS TOLD MY LETTER AND CARD WAS IN THE MAIL AND HERE IT ISTHE 17TH AND NO LETTER OR CARD .I GOT AN E MAIL FOR 127 .BS

The company promised the product on time which was important for me the quality of the product was very good and I would recommend it to anybody that has has some type of support dog.

I am so happy that I found PDS. All the other certification websites required yearly renewal and all of them will not expensive . I trceived my letters and airline form within a day. I hope Guly recommend.

I was a bit skeptical at first but I will say that I received everything in less than twenty four hrs. I just received the hard copies in the mail about a week later. For all those bad reviews you must’ve got lazy in describing why you are requesting a letter. Landlord accepted the ESA letter. An was much cheaper to go They this process than going to and actual doctor that is near me.

Quick response to immediate need.

I was very skeptical at first and did a lot of research on it. Finally I decided to give this a try. There’re was quick responses in the beginning, and I made a mistake in my address and they fixed it right away. I got my digital copy within 3 or 4 days which was awesome. After I got it, THEN all the bad experiences happened. Took them almost a month to give me my paper copies. THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL “5 emails within a month” nor did they response to my apartment fax in a timely matter. LUCKILY MY APARTMENT DID ACCEPT THE FORUMS. DON’T TRY AND CALL THEM. They’re not any help nor will they be able to help you. They will take you’re name/number down and pass it along.
