Worst customer service ever can’t talk to anyone all they have is a answering service left several messages no response they are a scam look up their address it’s nothing like their giant building it’s a shack in low income section

Easy
Easy, fast and efficient. I still haven't used the letters but I'll fly Delta within the next 6 months and if they accept it and I have no issues travelling with my dog, I'll maintain the 5 stars.
