I ordered my letters almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received them. I am extreamly satisfied with the letters themselves (electronic versions), they’re just taking a very long time to get to me.

Omg I just wanted to say thank you so much! When I filled out my request online I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure if it was legit. But not only is it 100% authentic, the certified letters were sent to me in the mail and in PDF format. It also includes form for when you fly or travel with your pet. Best thing ever! Thank you for certifying my dog!

The experience was good. I would rate it as 5 stars/great, however I tried to reach a rep via telephone on 2 different days to ask questions (after applying) & unsuccessful. The operator took my information & said someone will call me back & no one ever reached back out to me. In addition, the certificate took a little longer than expected to receive. If someone would’ve called or sent me an email to advise me of the delay it would not have been an issue. A letter was emailed to me shortly before receiving the certificate apologizing for the delay. Other than that the experience wasn’t bad. Would definitely recommend.

It was an easy process and they were fast . They helped me get the paper work i needed for me and my. Companion to live together peacefully with out any issues . Sophie and I are greatful.
