People what kind customer service is that? By phone is impossible to get hold and by email nobody replies. Worst customer experience ever!!!!!

Sorry for delay. Sorry, covid caused some major shipping and customer service delays. We were short staffed and scrambling amidst the outbreak. We have since regrouped for a better response time.

I needed an Emotional Support Animal letter, and the process was so simple! Filling out the questionnaire took me maybe 5 minutes, I got my letter bright and early two days after filling out the questionnaire. 5/5 would recommend to a friend!

The hard copies took over 2 week to arrive. When I called to ask about it, I got different answers every time as to the ETA. I paid the extra money to get the ID card with a picture of my dog on it. I uploaded the photo and everything. When it arrived, it was just a plastic card that said ESA but didn't have my pets photo on it. Definitely not what I paid for. I have called the company over 6 times now, and spoken with several managers, and each time, they just tell me that someone will be in contact with me within 24-48 hours. Its going on 3 weeks now that I have been calling and I still have not heard from anyone from the company, and my money has not been refunded. This company does not do what it says it will do. Don't waste your money with this company and their horrible customer service.
