Very easy process

It was quick, I was a little worried at first because i didnt hear from them for a few days. But the papers finally came in. I am in remission from non Hodgkin's Lymphoma and both of my kids are autistic. With this pandemic going on we all have really bad anxiety and it affects our daily routines. So im happy i was able to get these documents so my apartment complex cant kick me out because i have this animal.

Very dependable in times when needed. Paper works were done within 24 hrs. and very accommodating. Thank you for helping us with our concern. Our dog is not just a dog , he is a family member. Now, we don't have to be worried about being kicked out or discriminated with our dog and can live without worries.Thank you so much .....

Very quick turn around. I submitted my request late on Sunday and had my letters and paperwork by early Monday. The letters are very well written and include the HUD rules on ESA's

I have paid a large amount of money to the PDS center and its been a month and have not yet received hard copies ,card,or vest. Called several times and was told they will call me back and let me know what's going on however I have not yet heard from anyone .
