I had restored a 12 year old computer to original status and found it with Windows 7 and Internet Explorer. I needed to get Windows 10. It was not an easy task with everything on the computer out of date. It took 2 calls to customer service and it is up and running again. They were great

I experienced excellent customer service with PCmasters with Queenie tonight and others the day before. I could not be more pleased. These people work their magic for those of us who need it! Thanks so much for hiring exceptional people to assist our customers. I am amazed. All were very professional, polite, and helpful.

Ordered Windows 11 Pro download with a product key. Successfully downloaded to a USB flash drive, but when I installed to the new computer, the key was bogus, according to Microsoft.
