They worked very hard to get my service up and going. I thought I had bought a program and was going to get stiffed with it. But when I contacted them they were right there to help me get up and running. They have a great staff and I want to say thank you to everyone that helped me. Great group of people. The best help I have ever gotten when I bought a online product.

After my computer failed mid boot I was expecting the worst, but CS was very responsive and helpful in getting my new program reinstalled.

Download dis not work. I get an error code like before which is why I purchased the new product key. That key turned out to be worthless.

They delivered an official Microsoft licensed product (Office) at an incredible price. I was able to install without any support, however it was cumbersome. I had to call Microsoft and work through a 54 digit input If you'rereasonably computer literate, and are willing to invest a half hour, it'sa great deal. I would order from them again..

Did not get my product

Well the experience wasn't great I had to try over 3 different keys then still had to get the Assistant on chat to get my Activation through

Called Support and got a new product key. The person stayed on the phone until I got the klaptop activated. Very helpful and great customer support.
