We've had a few quality issues, but nothing major. Unfortunately they don't carry the bags we are now moving to so we will be going elsewhere. Overall we've been happy though.

I received a defective product. Before I could a replacement I had to talk to "Jimmie" who told me the item must have a defective timer. If he sent me a timer could I replace it? Well noooo. Finally got authorization for a replacement with the understanding they would send a call tag for defective item. All of the above happened in Nov and Dec. As of today, April 3, the item is still here on my porch packed and ready to ship. I refused the replacement as it took too long. I have never received my refund and I am tired of calling this sorry company.
