Good service
We've been using PBFY for several years now. They have improved the ability for customers to print their receipts - which I like very much.

great and fast service
the only reason i gave a four instead of a five was because i kept getting bombarded with unnessary emails asking if i had received my package and if i was satisfied, etc. no offense, but i don't have the time to read and respond to all of these messages.

Just got them and they will be perfect for what I need. Just starting out a new business. Wish they sold them in lower quantities, it will take me years to go through a 1000

Quick Response and Great Follow up
We ordered two different kinds and sizes of bags. They were delivered in a timely manner and Mike followed up with us right away. There were 6 bags instead of the expected 10 count, which was still fine because they were not the size I will end up getting after all. When I'm ready to order quantity, I will use PBFY.

I requested some samples which I received and have looked at
I have used PBFY many times to purchase packaging for my company. Most of the products have been to meet lower volume needs, or to supplement the regular packaging that we use.

Very good products, but too many faulty ones sometimes.
I have been purchasing standup coffee pouches for the past two and a half years. Lately I have been getting too many that either have faulty zippers or do not open at the bottom. That causes me not only to lose the bags, but also the labels that have been placed on them.
