one month ago they went offline. I hope they come back and today I saw not only they didnt came back but also they restricted my account so not able to refund my 55 USD.

Completely scam. They collect money without KYC need and then they cancel cards and changing policy to require KYC for refunds. THEY REQUIRE KYC TO REFUND MY OWN MONEY OVER BITCOIN! They do that because they want to steal money of people who wants to stay anonymous and does not want ID verification. They know they won't complete KYC steps and PayWithMoon will keep their money in this way. They steal them and also they collect personal information as well. I am preparing paywithmoonisscam.com now and it will be opened in two days to tell everyone how this scam runs. Update: Their reply to this review is also complete lie. There is no requirement for refunding any Bitcoin payment as it's not regulated through banking regulations as they didn't require it before they exit. They just steal money after requiring KYC and personal information like biometric data. This is their way of stealing money of users, they receive anonymous Bitcoin payments and they say they don't need any KYC, but suddenly they change their refund policy -for so called law compliance- and they require personal and biotmetric info to make refunds for "anonymous" Bitcoin payments they received before. So they just seize money of users who wants to stay anonymous as this was the main reason of using this service. Very soon, I will publish all details of this scam, Reddit links, all findings by other people and the people behind Paywithmoon on website I mentioned above. * After replying this review, they also started to reply my support ticket about it and still using "verification to ensure users on platform were compliant with our terms of service." trick to avoid making refund they were doing before without needing any verification. Besides they were advertising about providing anonimity before their exit scam.

I already reported it before, but now it is getting even worse. Apart from exit scam, they now want your personal data justifying it by an "updated security policy". Never send it to them! They will never return you anything. How could i have missed that reports on the Trustpilot started half a year ago. Be smart, don't repeat others mistakes! Update upon the scammers reply. 1. They didn't require KYC when registering and opening cards. 2. They promised to process refund - no word on identity verification. 3. Now they kinda "changed policy" retroactively generating illegal requirement to disclose my identity . They have captured my money and now blackmailing with the "identity verification". Who on tbe earth would provide it to criminals? They ARE scammers, just read other reviews. They are also making trust by associations via similarity in naming with the Moonpay service.

Totally scam, they take my money, and now asking for kyc, but it is impossible to complete kyc, they making process difficult for you, so you can use your money
