I had a very bad experience with Paywithmoon.com (Moon Technologies LLC). I deposited USD 1000, but after the payment was completed, my account was suddenly restricted and I was blocked from withdrawing my funds. No clear or valid reason was provided for the restriction. I contacted customer support multiple times, but they either did not respond or gave generic replies without resolving the issue. My money remains locked, and no refund has been processed. This feels like a deceptive and unfair practice. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this company with users’ funds. I strongly advise others to be very careful before using this service. They make KYC to fail

When I deposited crypto, they did not require KYC. After the site went down, I requested a refund, and it was marked as pending. They promised to process the refund, but that was two months ago. Now they are requesting identity verification. There are many reviews calling PayWithMoon a scam, and I agree. They are scammers. I do not want to verify my ID for scammers. They will lose everything soon. They do not deserve even one star in this review.

After their services went down, I requested a withdrawal, but they declined and locked my account, claiming there was "suspicious activity." This only happened after their services went down and after I asked for a refund. Is my request for a refund the activity they don’t like? It would be a five-star experience if they hadn't scammed me.

SCAM, i loaded $300 for purchasing visa card. they issued visa card for me and next day they cancelled my card and transferred that money in moon credit. its been 30 days now since i applied for refunds thru btc but not a single penny returned. Beware i have all proof to prove myself. Stay aways from this fraud firm.
