Hi, Thanks for your confirmation of details. We could not match your account until your confirmation this month of the email used. We now see that your account was promptly reinstated 2/1/23 after a less than 24 hour review and that it remained active through 2/28/23 with no issues or restrictions visible on our end. We recommend you reach out directly to [email protected] to have your case reviewed. No legitimate user of Moon would have their account closed without extensive review, and would be reinstated through a secondary review if a suspension was in error, so we encourage you to request one. Moon was built to allow its users to make legitimate payments. Accounts are only ever suspended or closed for violating our terms of service, such as engaging in behavior indicative of fraudulent or illicit activity. Moon has a zero tolerance policy on this behavior and will take steps against accounts clearly breaching those Terms.
