Paypal is crazy. A buyer returned a set of steak knives from my ebay site after four months of use claiming that they were not fit for purpose, one had fallen apart. Well let me tell you, the buyer was not fit for purpose. The knives were in a filthy disgusting condition and hadn't seen some water from the day they were purchased. And guess what, without giving me a chance to put my side of the argument forward paypal just automatically and merrily refunded the buyer. Must try that one myself, buy something with paypal, trash it for months then return it and get a 100% refund ... mmm ... will it work with a new Ferrari ,,,

Probably the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I currently live in Portugal but have a Swedish PP account. I couldn't withdraw my funds to my Portuguese bank account because this account had to be in Swedish currency, SEK. So I opened a Portuguese PP account and had a friend be a mediator for my accounts as you can't transfer funds between 2 PP accounts belonging to yourself. This is only solution. I have not lived in Sweden for some years now and have no Swedish bank account anymore. However, Paypal rejected my explanation and have now decided to hold my funds for 180 days. When my friend made the transfers they were listed as purchases on my account even though he clearly sent the funds as a gift. We even replicated this error twice just to see if he made a mistake and choose the wrong transfer option. I had the option "get you money soon" but had to provided shipping details etc even though this was a personal transfer from a friend and select as such. I don't even want to start describing the customer service. JUST HORRIBLE

I am very annoyed with Paypal. They refunded the money I paid for a perfume that I really wanted I purchased from Ebay and was expecting the product. They canceled my transaction 1 week after the purchase without the permission of the sender or the seller. There was no reason except that there may have been a glitch After being on the phone for hours yesterday waiting to speak with a supervisor who told me that she would rectify the situation by sending the money back to the seller, nothing was done. The agents bare speak English and they seem to have trouble understanding and cannot reply without reading a script. I was hours waiting to speak to a supervisor today. When i finally spoke to the supervisor she told me that it was impossible to send the money back to the seller. The first supervisor gave me the wrong information and false hope. This was a gift for my mother. Owing to Paypal's stupidity she will not get her gift by April 19 even if I place the order again. Paypal has really gone downhill. I have been a customer for 12 years and I am extremely unhappy. If there is a glitch with Pay After Delivery....FIX IT!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise I will not be able to make any more purchases with this horrible company until it is fixed. A very unhappy customer,

It has been more than a month after initially notifying them of a problem which they have still to correct. The techs who have corresponded seem to be the most inept I've ever come across in any company.

PayPal took money from my linked bank account, unauthorized. It supposedly went to an organization that I've donated to before, but they did not receive it. My bank refunded the money, and I unlinked my bank account. Now my PayPal account is restricted unless I send them personal documents--which I refuse to do. But they won't let me close my account--which I want to do-- and if anyone sends me money, I won't be able to access it. I spent 4 hours on the phone with PayPal before contacting my bank, and got nowhere. The most frustrating financial issue I've ever had. Is there some legal entity to file a complaint against PayPal?

At least the criminals have the dignity of not presuming to be iffy for their legality. I Don't know ANYTHING OF THE PAYMENT PROCESSOR PROPOSED BY PAYPALSUCKS.COM!!

They are true. I really appreciate that they are taking a part to spread awareness about using this hell (paypal).
