this is not a review of paypal sucks, it is for paypal.com. i am a uk paypal user, on several occasions i have stopped receiving paypal email notifications of sales and purchases, on the 1st it took them over 2 months to sort out, this time it has already taken over a month and all they do is blame my system, their customer service is completely useless, i have missed over 80 email notifications which seriously affects my book keeping. i have no trouble receiving emails from hundreds of other sources, i have asked paypal 6 times to send me an email from a different address to the notification address and they havn,t. the details are in my account when logged in but they cannot work out why or how my notifications have stopped, prior to this problem i had not changed any of my mail settings, they have told me 10 times to check my junk folder, trust pilot has just stopped me calling paypal, id iots SORT IT OUT PAYPAL.

I have had my deep grievance over how paypal had handled some of my affairs in past, but I am thankful to Paypal that I am using. When I am abroad, I go through hell each time I try to sign in to my account. I is tremendously unfortunate a financial portal that benefits on every move of client has such a broken and demoded sign in and verification system. Now it is digital age, and many accessible means of verification there are, you dont have to have also an active cellphone number [available in your database] to be let in. you are not as important as my banks, but I never ever have a woe signing in my banks online, not a second. You know why, they keep it simple and customer friendly. Only a sign in an a check in code to your email or given number whatever it is. Your damn website judges if it is mine, or in your data base or what... Please get damn you manager head together and renovate a more customer friendly process system.

For years I refused to even try to use Paypal because of previous really bad experiences. Now, after trying to work with them again I am reminded of why I didn´t want to ever do business with them again. I just recently updated all my account info and recorded it. I tried to add a bank account and they sent me an email saying that they had deposited two small amounts into that account and that I had to confirm those amounts. At that point I was unable to log into my account. The very email address that I am using to log in with they are saying that they don´t recognize and yet it is the email address that they sent the notification to regarding the two small bank deposits. Their feeble options to contact them involve, guess what, LOGGING IN!!! To access the community forum and or to send a message YOU HAVE TO LOG IN TO GET SUPPORT TO HELP YOU FIGURE OUT WHY YOU CAN´T LOG IN!!!! Sorry, but that is beyond pathetic. Avoid PP at all costs, if you can.

I couldnt give less than 1...after years and years of using ebay and paypal slowly watching them consistently side with buyers hearing horror storys i just could not believe..and defending them "paypal"....it finally happened to me....they flat stole 4850 from me....900 in my paypal acct vanished then they went after my bank despite me explaining my computer had been taken over by an extremely good hacker so I hired an I.T. professional. he documented the 426 attacks on my computer the trojan virus that i understand allowed them to take over my computer ....but when i appealed their initial denile of my claim and on appeal was told a again denied!! Even with proof my computer had been taken over that. "its all in order"...you know what it was? 4850 to ship a mercedes from Russia!!!!! Thats not even close to the small time coins and cell phones and stuff they knew it wasn t me...they steal without caring who they harm...and just try and get a person to listen to you...this is a publically traded company the board should be embarassed!!! My life is torn upside down...Amex caught it ..my bank caught it but paypal who insists to us out money is. safe? Shame on the ceo shame on the board...you see that show american greed? Paypal. My only hope now is a real person the great firm of bull dog attorneys..see the techs work ...documentation ...or if a real person a human with compassion and a conscience.. will contact me.....if your puter is ever flooded with hundreds of foreign emails turn it off and call your bank your credit cards and if your unfortunate enough to be using paypal.. then call an attorney because youll need one...i loved paypal used them all the tim dailey...defended them...now i see this site of so many people who e been swindeled....Theft is theft there is no other word for it. Forgive my texting errors my anger... 4850 is a lot to me a house payment and childs medication i cant pay now my credit ruined we were going to refi the houses....all because paypal would rather believe i transpirted a merceses from russia its its absurd. PayPal is garbage! They stole my $$. It’s a long story but they had no customer service and could not care less about me. I deleted my account and will not use them to send or receive money again.

PayPal isn’t for the consumers they are for the seller’s. I ordered a phone case and earbuds from Madness case company well I never received the earbuds which was the most expensive item. Come to find out the Company isn’t really Madness case company or Geardate or several other businesses names it’s put through a fraudulent company called Swaq international which all three of theses companies are using fake addresses one is a Costco in California and the other is a Electric Company Dotson electric in Kentucky. I personally spoke with them and they are receiving the returns so customers items are not really being returned for refunds. The address for Swaq international is a residential home in Canada so PayPal wanted me to send my phone case to a house in Canada for a refund. The whole thing is totally crazy. I didn’t want to return the case because of this. PayPal doesn’t have English speaking customer service agents that I have talked to. I also made an complaint with the FTC, IC3 which is the FBI and BBB but they don’t do anything either. Theses fraudulent companies have been ripping off consumers since 2014 and NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING TO STOP THEM. So beware you can look at theses companies Facebook pages and see how many customers have been ripped off. I’ll list them for your safety. 1) Madness Case Company 2) Geardate.com 3) Swaq international 4) Pearzone.com 5) Hoplady 6) Rap Blue.com 7) Luck um.com If I could research this so could PayPal but again they are not for consumers but for the fraudulent companies out there.

This company is THE WORST. Every time I call them, they put me on hold for forever. Then they outsourced their customer service to people that speak little English. Then when they finally do understand what you are saying to them, they never help resolve the problem right away. It usually takes me multiple phone calls to solve an issue with them. They even sent me an email stating that I canceled my contract with paying with them through Ebay, which I did no such thing. Then their stupid website is ALWAYS down. Something is always wrong with their website. Now they didnt credit one of my payments so now I'm stuck calling this garbage company to fix that. This is only the PayPal half of it, dont even get me started with their xoom customer service who will send your money over once or twice and then wont send any after that because you "fail" their multiple question test that they give you about the person you're sending to. I miss when they were "billmelater". When they were "billmelater", they were so much better and actually had people who spoke English answering the phones. I hate PayPal.
