Absolutely love every pair of glasses I have gotten!!

This was my first purchase and better than I anticipated! Quality frames and lenses. Prescription is perfect!! This was by far, the best online experience for buying eyeglasses that I’ve ever had and I’ve used several other online companies. Completely satisfied!! Will be a returning customer for life!

I get my prescription from the doctor, Payne Glasses have a fantastic selection of frames. Over the past 2 years I’ve ordered at least 8 pairs of frames, with the pretty frames starting at $5.95 it’s great to be able to have a variety of frames to choose from.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this retailer! I have had opportunity to engage with your support staff and they are every bit reflective of the quality product and service that you supply! I can't say enough. I have ordered several...and I mean several...glasses from Payne and I have been happy with each pair. There was even one that I had to return and the experience was about as easy as it gets. I wish I had retained the names of all the chat support people I have engaged with because they all deserve a huge shout-out (and, if it were up to me, a big bonus and/or a raise)!

Good price and quality

The website is easy to navigate. The selection of frames is impressive. It’s fun to look through the frame choices, but the best part is the prices! They are so affordable. We have ordered 4 pairs of glasses for my family (from single to progressive vision) and are satisfied with all of them. I could not have purchased all these glasses for the low prices (that I got from Payne’s) at any other retail store.

I have ordered twice and have 5 pair of Payne Glasses. The frames are durable and the quality is great. I did find that some frame styles were larger than I liked style wise, but were what is trendy with the younger crowd. I took notice of the frame measurements on my last order and have two new daily frames and one pair of sunglasses which fit perfectly!
