Terrible experience. Customer service is nonexistent. I have been pleading with their agent to simply have my prescription checked to verify accuracy. It has been 19 days since they received my glasses back for inspection. Their “optician” is still c h e c k i n g my glasses. 19 days and they still haven’t “checked” my lenses. The worst on line experience in my life. I won’t be back!

Good product at a good price. Did have a problem with my sunglasses but it was corrected quickly. I would buy from them again
