Item arrived sooner than expected. I hate the fact I can't send them back for full refund or even exchange but the price is good enough where I ordered another pair.

I received 2 pair of glasses with 2 different prescriptions . One pair did not work. Myhusband could not see out of them. I contacted customer service, I am at the point where i asked for a mailing label or directions to send them back i want the money back so i can order a differnt pair but am unable to get a response. If the glasses are good you are fine but if not then good luck getting anywhere you just lost your money i guess,

Just bought 3rd pair, all 3 times no problems at all. They are exactly what I ordered.Prices are unbelievably low. I will be ordering again!!
