Payne is my favorite online eyeglasses shop! Their selection, prices, and customer service can't be beaten. I got my first pair over a year and a half ago, and they're still going strong. I got my second pair five months ago, and luckily I purchased the extended warranty because they just broke. I emailed about it, and they responded right away. It only took ten days from my first email for my replacement frames to arrive. Just make sure you measure!!! Precise measurement is the key to buying glasses online. Measure the frames and lenses of a pair that fits well, and find something comparable on the website.

Just received my new glasses! Love them! I was worried about purchasing glasses on line, but these have very pleasantly surprised me. I have progressive lenses and these are great! So glad I tried Payne glasses! I will definitely order again! Saved hundreds on these!

The best place to get glasses. The selection was great and the price was even better. It took only about a week and half to get them after I placed my order. I will only order my glasses from here going forward.

My husband and I both use Payne Glasses for our eyewear. Their customer service is amazing! The quality of glasses is amazing! The accuracy of the prescription is amazing! So.....as you can see...we think they are AMAZING! I previously only ordered Dita glasses from my eyecare provider's office. They were generally over $800 a pair! I was afraid I wouldn't be pleased with Payne because of the HUGE price difference. But guess again........I got 3 pair of glasses from Payne for less than 1/3 of the price of one pair of Ditas! I now have a choice of which glasses/sunglasses I am going to wear for the day. This maks me SOOOOO HAPPY!!!!

I had a very positive experience with my glasses being sent out and delivered sooner than they had announced. The are a great fit and I have already ordered two pair.

Have always purchased my progressive glasses & sunglasses from Optometric offices @ costs of $500+ Why? Because I couldn’t believe an on-line service could provide glasses w/ the visual quality I was looking for in the mid, near & far fields. Wanted to purchase “fun”, inexpensive glasses to go w/ my updated haircut & look. Decided to try Payne. 1st pair of glasses were received promptly & visually were very good. Was pleasantly surprised & began to question my need to pay 4 times as much for glasses. Several months later, I needed $550 to replace prescription lens in my existing sunglass frame.I couldn’t afford it. Decided to try Payne again. Again, not disappointed & thrilled. For the price, both pairs of glasses are working well. Sure…I don’t get personalized service in terms of having someone adjust the glasses to fit better & have to do that myself, but….its an easy trade-off to swallow. THANKS Payne. Learned a lot thru my experience with you!

The frames are perfect love they fit perfect but my lenses are not right so now I have to ship them back
