I was skeptical about getting progressive lenses online. It needs to be perfect in order to see correctly. I ordered the extra warranty just in case. The first pair I ordered were too big. I reached out to customer service who was Fantstic and they communicated one to to times each day with me with nothing but patience and kindness as we worked together with many photos and descriptions to get the next pair right. They arrived yesterday and are Perfect!

I have purchased many glasses here, they're affordable, adorable, and unique. So stoked for them! The new updated website is difficult to maneuver. Looking for glasses only showed all out of stock, the color options didn't list all colors, when searching it's always been hard and time consuming. I rabbit hole because I know there's good stuff here but I wish it wasn't such a long process. I'm not interested in retired or out of stock items and I wish they wouldn't show. Other than that, the glasses themselves are nothing but amazing and gives me the wide variety of colors to match my accessories
