New frames snapped in nosepiece. I would appreciate if frames did not arrive in such poor quality

I 1000% recommend Payne Glasses!! I was skeptical purchasing glasses on line because I have a weird prescription plus progressives. I ordered a pair which when they arrived, I loved, but I couldn't see. I called customer service, they asked me to take a picture of my eyes with their measuring tool to see if my "pupil distance" was set up correctly. It was not (my fault not theirs), so they remade the glasses, free of charge. I received the 2nd pair, and sadly still couldn't see. I called again .. they took the time to scrutinize the issue. The supervisor worked with me, made suggestions and remade the glasses again... and i can see perfectly!! They are very knowledgeable and knew just what to do to correct the issue. I'm truly amazed! At a discount store where i usually get my glasses, they usually cost around 1000.00. I got a beautiful pair, that I can see really well with, for just over 100. So I ordered another pair!! In the future, I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Sarah and Chantale for solving my problem, you are the best! Mary Lawrence
