The selection was of course, amazing. I have never ordered glasses on line before, and I was so anxious. But I vetted this company to the best of my ability. So I went for it. I'm 56 years old and I can't remember the last time I got excited about glasses since I have been wearing them since childhood. The ordering experience was so easy. And I received them very quickly. I ordered them on 09/26/2025, and received them 10/06/2025. They are BEYOND my expectations! Beautiful! Definitely TRUST this company 💯💯💯 I will be recommending and using this company from now on!

You were able to take my prescription and made it comprehensive for me to find my pupil measurements. The buying process was easy, and despite the initial time of expected delivery, you confirmed the date to be 10 days earlier, and kept me updated with the order and delivery. The glasses initially are what I wanted, and fit well with little to no adjusting. I'm hoping this pair lasts a good long while and will definitely come back if I need prescription sunglasses.

My glasses are supposed to be tortoise shell, but there is virtually no variation in color on the frame front. It is all dark.

I have been a long time customer of Payne Glasses, and have purchased multiple pairs over the years. One thing I've noticed in the past couple of years is how everything is fine, until it isn't. Now, if there's an issue with the glasses ordered, Payne Glasses customer service reps automatically throw the responsibility and onus of the (their) errors onto the customer, as their first form of communication. My experience has been that their methodology for dealing with production problems is to make any possible solution so heinously inconvenient and cumbersome for the customer that it will deter the customer from holding Payne responsible. In other words; make the possible solution so problematic that the customer gives up, takes the loss, and moves on. As stated above, Payne Glasses are good until they're not. Proceed accordingly.
