Absolute dog shit experience
Absolute dog shit experience. Worse experience ever with this payment processor. I tried to make a $10 purchase and i had to jump over so much invasive ID verification ever. Took over a week to resolve.

support team is suck
support team is suck, i request refund because the service i buy goes down after 24 hours purchase. the website changed the domain. i buy 30 day service but only usable for 24 hours. they decline the claim because i use all credits. after 24 hours make payment. wow.

fiz a compra de dois e pin pela e mint…
fiz a compra de dois e pin pela e mint com a paymentwall como intermediadora 11/23/2025 2:46 PM w355787426 e 11/23/2025 2:38 PM w355787181 no total de 200 dolares e a mesma nao entregou os pin nao compensou o pagamento para a mint mandei mensagem no suporte eles nem se quer olharam o email, eles entraram em contato comigo depois do post entretanto nao resolveram o problema mesmo enviando os comprovantes de pagamentos

They never clarify the amount of 10%…
They never clarify the amount of 10% reserves and never pay it out So their commission effectively is +10% more than what they tell you

Slow response time and inadequate resolution
My account my restricted for using paypal the same way i have for 7 years. Each ticket response time was over a day. Eventually unblocked the account, or so they said. Restrictions are still on the account even though they said they have been removed..guess i will wait another day for another attempt. It has been 5 days so far for a $20 purchase. Lets not even talk about the requirements on documentation they request. It is easier to open a bank account or register the birth of a child.

They ask for private information that is not in contrast for the service they provide as a thirdparty app.

Scam and Fraud
This company is known to be scam for years. The only person that stuck around is the founder, Honor Gunday. He is just cashing on innocent people being defrauded.

Absolutely disgusting service team
Absolutely disgusting service team. Took forever to lift the block for using my own card to purchase and did whole process of sending DL + Credit Card. Then when I try to purchase, they blocked me again, and made me do a verification again.
