Black Desert online is losing money big league! New players wanting to buy have to give up their Identity? On top of that it takes forever for them to respond. No thank you!

I suggest every company not to use this…
I suggest every company not to use this service especially if you are a gaming company. They made me wait 5 days, looked at the wrong account, and closed the inquiry. If you sell virtual items, and you use these guys. Expect your player base to wait 5 days as I did just to get anything purchased. Do not use paymentwall.

Geld Kassieren aber nicht auszahlen. Betrüger
Ich habe eine Zahlung über Paymentwall gemacht, diese ist Fehlgeschlagen. Nach Kontakt via Email wurde mir gesagt da ist etwas schief gelaufen. Dann habe ich ca eine Woche gewartet. Keine Antwort, Kein Geld. Jetzt frag ich immer wieder was da los sei. Natürlich alles auf englisch aber egal. Immer wieder die selbe Antwort das daran gearbeitet wird. Ich meine.. ein Finanzdienstleister der kein Geld zurück schickt bei einer Fehlgeschlagenen Zahlung? Ich warte noch 24 stunden ab. ist mein Geld dann nicht auf dem Konto werde ich weitere schritte einleiten. Für mich als jemanden der in einer Werbeargentur Arbeitet, wird es ein leichtes sein das ganze auch mal Richtung Presse zu leiten.

These guys are a bunch of scammers…
These guys are a bunch of scammers asking for government issued IDs and photos of your credit card to verify your identity in an online game, while I was attempting to use my Paypal account for an ingame purchase, biggest joke ever! Even proper gaming platforms such as Steam would not ask for such things. Their "customer service" consists of a bunch of automated responses, pretty much like all their replies to the reviews on this website. Avoid doing business with them or sharing any information or documents with Paymentwall or Terminal3 if you are a consumer.

Not compliant with data privacy laws
Their Terminal3 payment service will randomly flag your payments as fraudulent even after using the same method to pay for years. Their verification process involves sending in sensitive data that should never be shared with anyone, including a picture of personal ID and credit card information. They also never provide any details as to why your purchase was randomly flagged for no apparent reason. Borderlines on breaking GDPR. Even after uploading this information to their end, they will request more sensitive information before ultimately blocking your account. Stay away from anything requiring Paymentwall or Terminal3.

Hello, paymentwall keeps asking me to upload all of the documents needed. I already told them that I only have 1/5 of those documents. What do you want me to do? Steal documents? Is that what you want?

Our team will only ask for a specific set of documents on first instance. If these are not readily available, we can provide you an alternative list which you may choose from. Die größte verar**** der Welt, mein Geld wurde eingezogen, und habe nicht mal die Ware erhalten Es ist alles auf Englisch und unverständlich, es gibt kein Support, Tut mir Leid aber in meinen Augen ist das der größte ****** auf der Welt, jeder der sein Geld nicht zurück erhalten hat sollte die Seite anklagen, ich bin auch bereits dabei alles in die Wege zu leiten. Schmerzensgeld vom Anwalt von einer 10x so hohen summe.

Ridiculous
Ridiculous. I used PaymentWall for my donations for Warmane purchases. Never had I ever needed to upload my driver's license or card info and cvv for "verification." Ive been donation on this server for 11 years and this is the first time I needed to upload my personal info. No thanks. I will not risk putting my info out there for everyone to see. I dont trust it.
