Had to verify to make a payment for Black Desert Online. The process was a little tedious, but over all I'm glad it worked out. They respond quickly (surprisingly most responses were within 10 minutes, even at 3 AM EST). Over all, I'd say their security is a little over the top, but at the same time that keeps our information safe. They are easy to contact and work with. Great experience.

I got stuck with the account/payment security system. When I first saw the system message about it, I was like: "Damn it. I can't stand these parts of any kind of online purchase, they are so slow and mean". But honestly, I'm just amazed by the Paymentwall Support's speed, efficiency, patience and kindness. My opinion as a costumber whit paymentall, i had some issues whit authorizing my gift cards in a company they work whit, it blocked me for the protection agains fraud, they helped me all day whit all my cards and the attention was nice an fast, im happy whit their support team and hope they keep doing a nice work (this was whit Terminal3 payments owned by paymentwall
