NOT GOOD FOR SMALL BUSINESSES! they treat you like a corporation from the start, they charge misc additional fees, payroll system NOT user friendly. Waste of my time and money.

Working for Paycom was one of the highlights of my career. The technology Paycom provides truly does make your life easier managing the data and being able to focus on your people. I’ve never worked for a company that puts as much training into their workforce as Paycom. If you are looking for a company that invest in your development or if you are looking for a well rounded HCM tool, Paycom is simply the best.

The company that I work recently switched our payroll over to Paycom. The training that we received before the change was very helpful and truly gave you all the information we needed to get started. Your website is very user friendly as well as the app. They are both easy to navigate. I think our change to using Paycom has been a very smooth transition.

To the next employer who installs this platform of paycom for their employees this app sucks you waste more time trying to a lot transfer job to job then actually getting the job done this app is a joke stay where you're at not worth the money I work for a local Denver company this app is no good paycom you suck.

The software is great. The reporting is fantastic and it is an easy to use platform. It is rather pricey, but you are paying for what you get. Ease of use and data at your fingertips. The app and self service platforms are top of the line and employees are able to utilize with very few questions.

I have used paycom as a user and admin for several years now and have never had any major issues that weren't quickly resolved. The system is very user friendly, outshined only by the amazing staff that work there. Overall, paycom is a fantastic and top-notch choice for all payroll needs.

We would love to be extremely happy with Paycom. It would make our lives so much easier. They are stunningly bad. From support reps who have too many clients to the lack of ability to speak with a support person who knows about specific issues (PTO, 1095 filing, etc) this company is truly the worst one I have one I have had to use in over 4 decades of experience. If you have a simple payroll where you pay once a month or twice a month; have a very simplified PTO policy, and don't have any type of complex pay system maybe they will work for you. Now they will TELL you they know about complicated systems but they don't. They don't know about state and federal laws; still haven't filed corrected 1095's that were cleaned up before the March 31 filing date. Their support employees abandon you for days at a time. Just too bad; time to look for a new one I guess.
