The sales and implementation team were outstanding - they truly made this a successful, pleasant experience. Implementations are not easy nor enjoyable, but somehow, they made it both! It set the tone for our anticipated long relationship with Paycom for years to come.

I believe that the experience of prior implementations has really helped the staff there to work efficiently and knowledgeably, which has been very helpful!

Our experience was exceptional. The implementation team took us through every set of setup and made sure we understood. We have multiple companies that we we use Paycom with and have been completely satified with the platform and Paycom's support team.

The team has always been really friendly and they are very responsive. Our long term support team has been absolutely great and was really helpful through the implementation of bringing on another code to our MCC. The new code implementation team had a few setbacks for a few parts of the setup, but were able to work through everything rather quickly to get it up and running and have an accurate and timely first payroll. Employees have been thrilled with the experience of using Paycom, whether they were familiar with it or not, we continually hear good things from our employees about the ease of use on the employee and manager end!

My Paycom specialist Brenden Lewis went above and beyond the call of duty. We had previously chosen to work with Paylocity and was working with them to get implemented for 1 month, but they literally drop the ball the week of payroll. We had 3 days to run payroll and pay our employees and Brenden from Paycom made it possible to do so within just 3 days. Not only was Brenden so incredibly helpful from beginning to end, but also Lauren Jimboy was also a huge player in the implementation. Both exceptional customer service, quick responses to emails, phone calls, even text messages. I am very pleased with and would definitely Recommend Paycom to anyone. Their platform is also very user friendly!!

While it did take longer than I expected, I am not a payroll expert by any stretch and the support was very helpful and answered all of my questions. My first run was accurate. I have employees who work in multiple states and Paycom has handled that beautifully, whereas QBO payroll could not, and basic ADP could not.
