Terrible. This app looks and is genuinely worse than ADP. My phone got water damage and doesn’t have cell service so I can’t get their stupid verification setup AT EVERY POINT OF TRYING ANYTHING. Can’t change my BANK, can’t ANY of my information, EFF you Paycom!!!

The app is pure garbage. Somehow they were able to make logging in even worse than paylocity and paylocity was probably the worst app I've ever used. Do HR companies have monkeys writting code or something?

We use the Paycom app in our workplace. It is very simple to clock in and out and put in time off. It is also to nice to have all my documents on the application at my fingertips. I like being able to use my phone for all of these things.
