Hello. I would like to compliment Rudy Barro on his assistance today with 3 refunds. He was kind and resolved my issue very quickly over the phone. I hope the rest of Paycargo's support team is as knowledgeable and kind as he is.

I was having issues using the Pay Cargo site. Rudy Barro went above and beyond to assist me. He could have stopped at just resolving the Pay Card issue I was having but took it a step further and guided me in how to access their vendor's website.

i had an issue to have STG post payment and i was told it would take 2-3 hours. My driver was literally standing right there to pick up the shipment and it was LFD too. I called Paycargo immediately. Rudy was being very helpful and professional to help calling STG to post manually. I couldnt thank enough for this quick posting and saved me storage fee + dry-run fee. Will definitely continuing to support the business! Excellent service!

Rudy Barro was extremely helpful in getting my payment to go through. Every responsive.
