PayCargoReviews of paycargo.com

Roxana M Was great today I called upset she calmed me down and talked to my bank and explained the issue and process to get me my money back. She deserves a raise for her level of professionalism. Kudos to Roxy!

Roxy was so helphful as i had spoken with another rep that did not make sure the problem was taken care of. she went out her way to fix the issue until it was completely taken care of. great job Roxy

Fees are through the roof. They not refunding their "processing fees" which is insane. I wouldn't recommend to deal with them with all surprise fees - very old school approach to screw your customers.

Rudy was kind, energetic, and quick to help me with a resolution.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from PayCargo—always! Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Waleed H, who went above and beyond to help me resolve a refund issue over the phone. Thank you, Waleed H! A++++++++ service!
