DeAndre went beyond the call of duty, spent two hours working with me, to clear a APM terminal issue. We had several technical issues, dealing with APM terminal issues, login and other sign-up issues, Remote access issues with no proper Wi-Fi and had to rely on remote connection issues, etc. etc. etc. DeAndre was patient and saw the solution to the end, even though I was losing patience with the whole process. When it was all said and done, there was quite a rejoicing by both of us and DeAndre was finally allowed to go home after most of the office had already cleared out. I think that speaks volumes of DeAndre.

Deandre was very helpful and diligently worked to resolve my issue. He was professional and very knowledgeable.

I called today in panic needing to get 3 payments out to the vendor and Roxy, made so at ease. She sent me an email, followed up and even connected to me through a shared screen/site. The customer service that was presented was great & her patience was amazing..

There wase a problem with payment (2 months ) and at today we didn't receive back the money a very bad service , after 2 months was resolved today
